I just had to share a couple images from a recent newborn session before I say goodnight. Mom broke her leg a couple weeks before baby girl was born so I went to their house for the newborn session.

This sweet little Valentine came for my mini session and I was so excited to see her again! If you have been to my studio and office you probably have noticed and commented on the canvases I have hanging of her at 6 months and 1 year. She has those wonderful "marshmallow" arms (as my 3 year old called them) and big, round blue eyes. Also, her mom owns Little Love's Designs, where many of my beautiful headbands and accessories are from!

I had such a great time photographing this family! Everyone had a great sense of humor (including myself - Dawg!) I first met Ms. J this summer, she was my son's speech therapist. He LOVED her and I was blown away with his improvements. I would recommend her in a heartbeat!

What a busy but GREAT weekend! First the fun clothing shoot with a great group of girls, followed by that beautiful little girl with the big round eyes, then meeting a new family with an adorable little happy boy for a mini session, a gorgeous newborn who I cannot wait to see again, a baby planner who I am only beginning to watch grow, seeing a client whom I absolutely love for an ordering session, having fun with a new family at Graylyn and last but not least, photographing a group of pre-teen besties!

I just, there are, I have.... no words. Those eyes and crazy beautiful long eyelashes! This little 16 month old was the winner of our Cutest Kid Contest! I was so excited to meet her earlier today, along with mom and dad. What a cute and fun couple! At one point baby girl had about 5 totally unrelated props with her and kept calling all of them "mine". It was so funny!

Remember the big baby on the little Wilson box? Well, I've had to explain to many people that he was an itty baby on a small box. Now he's 6 months old and I have a picture to prove that the box really is smaller than it seems in pictures! I love baby plans because I get to watch all of the little cuties grow during their first years and I get to meet some wonderful parents and families.

This is the sleepy little 3 week old that I photographed at a local park a few days ago. Isn't she precious!? Her big sister was such a well-behaved and patient 3 year old, I couldn't believe how good she was being!
I absolutely loved having this session outside and hope to do many more newborn sessions the same way.

I don't even know where to begin. This high school senior was so kind, polite, beautiful... she's the real deal! She was game for anything and everything I suggested, including going into the muddy woods to sit on a wet tree stump that was probably hiding a large ant hill! Like I said, game for anything!
I'm going to stop talking now because I know her family is anxiously waiting for the sneak peek! It was so hard to narrow all of the pictures down!

Here's another cute little 2 year old that I had the pleasure of photographing! We met at a local park where he immediately took off running down the paths. So much fun energy in this boy! I was literally chasing after him almost the entire session, look, I have a picture to prove it!
Mom & dad, I had a great time with "C"! He is a sweet and beautiful little boy and I am so thankful for all of the hugs he shared with me!

Ooooh, you all know how I love me a little newborn, especially a sleepy little newborn!
I went to Huntersville to photograph this beautiful little girl and she only really woke up to eat!
What a wonderful family! I practically took over the main floor of their home and even took pictures of their playroom to show my husband, they didn't care one bit! So nice. Big brother "J" is four and a lego master. He could probably put together the large sets before I could.

Handsome 1 Year Old Boy - Winston Salem Child Photographer

Meet little "J". This happy little boy (so smiley!) was a runner up in out cute kid contest! Talk about perfect timing to win a session, it's his first birthday! Mom brought grandma and a smash cake to the studio. "J" absolutely did not want to touch the cake, it was so funny! He did enjoy licking the frosting off the candle.
This session was a lot of fun. I love it when parents bring a grandparent to sessions, they can usually make the children light right up!

This little 4 month old came back (was here a few days prior) to finish her session and was feeling much much better. She smiled, chilled, had a great little baby conversation with me.... it was so nice to see her as her usual feeling good self!
She's another little girl who I will be seeing lots of since she's another one on one of our baby plans!

Hello cuteness times two! Oh, I love these boys! So calm and cute. "A" would be awake and "N" would be sleeping or vice-versa. Mom and dad are both so over the moon over their little babies, I just love watching parents oogle over their children. I am so excited that these little boys are on our baby plan so I can watch them grow!

Clemmons, NC Newborn Photographer - Miss "O"

Holy calm newbown! This little bundle of happiness is about 10 days old and quiet as can be! Isn't she beautiful? I really enjoyed getting some snuggles from her and really loved meeting her parents. They were so nice and made me blush with their compliments!

Meet Miss "D", a sweet little almost 4 month old who came to visit me with her mom. Poor sweet little thing wasn't feeling very well so I invited them to come back in a few days when she's back to 100%! I did manage to get some cute ones though!
Thank you for bringing her, I'm looking forward to seeing you both again this week. The cala lilies you graciously left are taking center stage on my kitchen table, love them! Thanks so much!
