Winston Salem Child Photographer - Miss "K" Turns 1!

I have been looking forward to seeing this beautiful girl for 6 months now. Oh, was I happy to see her eyes are still as strikingly blue and her arms still have those fantastic dinner rolls (as we used to call my daughters arms!) on her arms. She first came to the studio when she was 6 months old and now she's 1. We met at Tanglewood and she did incredibly well through three separate locations within the park and several outfit changes. She wasn't too sure about the pine cones, horses, bugs and gave us some great expressions when she came face-to-face with them.
A quick story... her daddy works on the crew for Juan Montoya. For those of you who aren't NASCAR savvy (myself included), that's the Target car. The Target car had previously been my 4 year old son's favorite car until Saturday night when he noticed.... the M&M car. I had to tell him that his car was no longer the favorite of my 4-year old. :)
I have to say, for getting in at the wee hours of the morning after the race in Bristol, baby "K's" daddy was quite awake and ready to rock-n-roll for the 9am session (which they were early for!). Very impressive.
One more side note, this is the little girl who one my cutest kid contest earlier in the year. Congrats again!

Cousins - Winston Salem Family Photographer

I recently had a session with all of these cousins and siblings at Tanglewood in Clemmons. What a great gift for their grandparents 50th anniversary coming up! All of the kids were so good and patient during the HOT session. I have really been around some wonderful children lately!

You probably remember this little bundle of sweetness! I referred to her as a cute little crinkle nose because during her 6 month session she kept crinkling up her nose. Very cute.
She was also one of the winners of our cutest baby contest held earlier this year.
